The home buyer's blind spot

Hi Reader,

Holy Shohei Ohtani! I'm not a baseball person, but god dang that was incredible.

Is your personal productivity an endless game of whack-a-mole?

The LifeOS is your home base for personal productivity — one app to rule them all.

It’s a 100% turnkey system to help you get on top of things and in control of your life.

The LifeOS combines tasks, notes, project management and a CRM in one place and also includes 27 short modules covering our core productivity frameworks and implementation strategies.

The home buyer's blind spot

The fed cut rates and markets are in a tizzy.

But I didn't realize they were this happy.

Yes, if you bought at the lows of the credit crisis, you've 10x'd your investment.

Those are the kind of multiples you'd expect on VC funds, not something you can buy commission-free on your phone.

As a renter (in HCOL areas) for roughly the same time period, I breathed a sigh of relief.

Maybe it was smart to stay out of real estate in favor of indices?
