The White Party hangover

Hi Reader,

I hope you’re having a rad start to the weekend.

And I hope our friends impacted by Hurricane Beryl are staying safe.

One of the biggest mistakes people make in the name of "productivity" is not truly understanding their WHY.

Why do you want more time?

Why do you want more output?

Supercharge your Productivity is the only course that connects the pursuit of productivity to life’s larger questions so you can design a system that works for you.

🎧 In this week's podcast, we ask: Should you bet your life on crypto?

The White Party hangover

Drake had a very bad Q2.

He picked a rap battle with Kendrick Lamar.

And lost.

Kendrick's diss track, Not Like Us, became the song of the summer (featured at kids' birthday parties and Argentina's victory celebrations).

But Q3 marked the start of Drake's comeback. His redemption.

The 6 God made his first high-profile appearence at Michael Rubin's famous White Party.

With attendees like Steph Curry, Beyonce and Robert Kraft, this Gatsby-esque gathering represents the annual pinnacle of mainstream stardom.

But Drake's presence was marked with an asterisk.

The DJs were all instructed not to play any songs by Kendrick Lamar.

But can you truly be high-status if you're scared of getting your feelings hurt by a song?

And what great things in your life come with an asterisk?

And while I want to understand what is happening under the hood — I have no appetite for the super technical details.
