Hi Reader, The flu wrecked me this week. But I'm on the mend (and sadly will miss Four Tet at the Kia Forum). I also wanted to celebrate a new milestone - the RadReads site is fully migrated to our new domain KheHy.com. More on this below and don't worry, nothing changes on your end. BTW, did you know we're 38 days from the end of Q1 - how on earth did that happen? If you're looking for powerful frameworks to Supercharge Your Productivity, we got you covered. Our flagship course connects the pursuit of productivity to life’s larger questions - so you can design a system that works for you. Enroll today and get instant access to the materials.

It might involve getting rid of some sacred cows. // twoIt’s time to give up on the longevity experiment10 minutes | Outside Online“When my father died at 53 despite doing everything ‘right,’ I realized our obsession with longevity is misguided.” While Bryan Johnson spends millions swapping plasma with his son (and tracking his er*ctions), science confirms our biological blueprint is the ultimate arbiter of our lifespan. Maybe we're better off spending time with loved ones than chasing immortality. Aging, with all its challenges, remains a privilege many never receive. // threeAre 401(k)s becoming obsolete?7 minutes | Of Dollars And DataI normally wouldn’t go for a click-baity post like this, but Nick always makes sound arguments. We already know that the average tenure at a job is plummeting. Now add in exponential shifts in AI (hello, Deep Research). What does that mean for the venerable 401k and your 35 year investment horizon? Stories from my lifeWhile I was laid out with the flu, I finally completed an ambitious 2025 project: redesigning and migrating my website. KheHy.com became available for the first time in a decade (for $1,500!) and I had wanted to sunset the name RadReads. While that name will always hold a special place in my heart, it no longer served the broader mission of my work. (Thankfully, I have no plans on changing my name.) I had so much fun building this. I built it from nothing using a modern tech stack (Next.js, React, TailWind) and entirely through AI-driven coding. It's blazing fast, highly customizable and will let me create much more interactive content (um, a KheHyBot?) for y'all. As I've shared, I've been obsessed by the potential of this new coding movement, which was catalyzed by my participation in Nat Eliason's Build Your Own Apps course. Hey Reader, Greetings from the Shinkasen on our way to Kyoto. The trip’s off to a great start. I even bit the bullet on Premium Economy, no regrets. I wanted to share the most impactful online course I’ve ever taken. This January, I was in a rut, looking for a new challenge. Hey Reader, We're heading off to Japan for Spring Break. If you have off-the-beaten path family recommendations (with 2 elementary school girls), HMU! In the past, I've shared Kris Abdelmessih’s excellent Substack, Moontower and today I want to highlight his companion app: moontower.ai.
